Warranty Coverage
Frames:
- Duration: 3 Years
- Details: Our frames are made from high-quality, rust-resistant materials and are warranted against defects in workmanship, rust, and deterioration due to weather for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Our furniture is designed for outdoor use and is built to withstand many years of exposure to various weather conditions.
Finish:
- Duration: 3 Years
- Details: The finish on our furniture is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for three (3) years, provided the product has not been scratched or abraded. This warranty does not cover scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear or fading and discoloration caused by exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals. The finish can be easily maintained by cleaning with regular soap and water.
Wicker Weave:
- Duration: 3 Years
- Details: The wicker weave is warranted for three (3) years against separation, cracking, or tearing. This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration caused by exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals. Additionally, any damage caused by cutting or slicing the resin wicker during or after unpackaging is not covered.
Cushions (if applicable):
- Duration: 1 Year Limited Warranty
- Details: Cushions are warranted for one (1) year against seam separation, fading, or discoloration. Damage caused by exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, chemicals, dirt, or burns is not covered under this warranty. Cushions can be easily cleaned with warm soap and water, using a soft-bristle brush, and rinsed with water.
Strap Suspension Seating (if applicable):
- Duration: 3 Years
- Details: Strap Suspension Seating is warranted for three (3) years against separation, tearing, or loss of elasticity. This warranty covers only the suspension seat itself, not the entire frame. Fading or discoloration due to exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals is not covered.
Umbrellas (if applicable):
- Duration: 1 Year Limited Warranty
- Details: Umbrella frames are warranted for one (1) year against manufacturer defects only. Umbrella bases, if available, are not covered under this warranty. Damage to umbrella frames caused by sunlight, wind, or other natural elements is not covered.

Handcrafted Furniture:
Our furniture is handcrafted, and as such, there may be slight variations in finishes and final measurements. These variations are not covered under this warranty. - Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, use, or care.
- Products exposed to outdoor or extreme weather conditions beyond normal use may not be covered.
