If, for any reason, you wish to return your furniture, please reach out to our customer service team at within 5 business days of receiving your order. We'll be delighted to assist you with the return process.

To qualify for a refund, please ensure that all returns are in their original packaging and in new, re-stockable condition. We kindly request that the items have not been used or damaged. We understand that decisions take time, so you have a 10-business-day window from the date of delivery to initiate the return process.

To get started, carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging and securely seal the package before shipping. Our Customer Service Experts will then coordinate with you to schedule a pickup from your home or business. Please note that shipping and handling charges, as well as factory re-stocking fees (if applicable), are not refundable, except in the case of incorrect or defective items. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original method of payment, deducting any applicable shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees.

Please keep in mind that custom orders, including cushions, are not eligible for return unless they are incorrect or defective. If you have questions about returning custom special order items or cushions, don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Depending on the reason for the return, a 20% restocking fee and shipping fee may be charged. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Replacement cushions are made to order and are not returnable unless they are defective out of the box.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
