Warranty Coverage
Frames:
- Duration: 3 Years
- Details: Our frames are constructed from high-quality, rust-resistant materials and are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and/or rust and deterioration due to weather for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Our furniture is designed for outdoor use and will provide many years of service in any weather environment.
Finish:
- Duration: 3 Years
- Details: The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a period of three (3) years, provided that the product has not been scratched or abraded. Scratches and chips from normal wear and tear are not covered. Fading or discoloration due to exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals is not included in this warranty. The furniture can be easily cleaned with regular soap and water.
Wicker Weave:
- Duration: 3 Years
- Details: The wicker weave is warranted for three (3) years against separation, cracking, or tearing. Fading or discoloration caused by exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals is not covered. Additionally, any damage to the resin wicker caused by cutting or slicing during or after unpackaging is not covered under this warranty.
Cushions (if applicable):
- Duration: 1 Year Limited Warranty
- Details: Cushions are warranted for one (1) year against separation at the seams, fading, or discoloration. Damage from exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, chemicals, dirt, or burns is not covered. Cushions can be cleaned with warm soap and water, using a soft-bristle brush, and rinsed with water.
Strap Suspension Seating (if applicable):
- Duration: 3 Years
- Details: Strap Suspension Seating is warranted for three (3) years against separation, tearing, or loss of elasticity. Only the suspension seat itself will be replaced under this warranty, not the entire frame. Fading or discoloration resulting from exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals is not covered.
Resin Wicker:
- Duration: 3 Years
- Details: The straps and/or wicker weave are warranted for three (3) years against separation, cracking, or tearing. Fading or discoloration due to exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals is not covered. Damage caused by cutting or slicing the resin wicker during or after unpackaging is also excluded from this warranty.
Umbrella (if applicable):
- Duration: 1 Year Limited Warranty
- Details: Umbrella frames are warranted for one (1) year against manufacturer defects only. This warranty does not cover umbrella bases. Damage to umbrella frames from sunlight, wind, or other natural elements is not covered under this warranty.

Handcrafted Variations:
Our furniture is handcrafted, so slight variations in finishes and final measurements may occur. These variations are not covered under this warranty. - Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover damage or wear resulting from abuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature.
- Any fading, pilling, or soiling of fabrics is not warranted.
- Damage or wear resulting from using this furniture in an area open to the elements, beyond what is typical for outdoor use, is not covered.
